Ingenico has developed a sophisticated suite of Estate Management Software (EMS) modules that can be utilized to maintain an installed base of transaction terminals. This fully automated EMS system can be supported by Ingenico Help Desk Services or internally by the customer's own support services. The status of the terminal (available, installed, replaced, multiple software versions resident on the terminal, etc.) is monitored by the Estate Management System allowing system users to control and track their terminal inventories. In many cases, all services are performed remotely through courier logistics without any field intervention. This allows the customer to manage and control estates at very competitive rates.
